On behalf of NIKE DEUTSCHLAND we operated as leading agency for the WOMEN'S 10K BERLIN in June 2015. This year the start and finish was at the former Tempelhof Airport. For the third time we were responsible for the conception and project management. This included the planning and production of the complete Race Village which consisted of setup, branding, starting and finishing area, the Race Boutique, the close coordination between all participating agencies, the scheduling, the planning of several photo opportunities, the personnel planning, the obtaining of all licences required as well as the organization of the catering for a total of 10.000 runners and additional visitors.
Furthermore we developed the concept for the Post-Race engraving of the Race-Bracelet inside the Nike store Berlin as well as a premium shipping for products which were bought at the race.
