On behalf of CONVERSE EMEA we led the project management for the European GO TO MARKET MEETING in several locations in Berlin in JUNE 2014. We developed the concept and led the planning of the implementation of the international sales meeting for 150 guests. This included location scouting and event scheduling, setup planning and shuttle service as well as the logistics for several products, the planning of the framework program, the production of furniture, brandings and collaterals, as well as the staff planning, the technical implementation, the catering and various other points.
